 Our StoryIn 1997, Kanu Surf set out to build and sell better board shorts for Men, Women and Children. Founded right in the heart of the Garment District in New York City, they first sold door-to-door to local surfers, mom and pop surf shops, and a few gift stores at local beaches. A few good years of making waves, always focusing on quality and value, and Kanu managed to land on the racks of department stores, sport shops and anywhere swimwear is sold – nationwide. Recently, Kanu Surf has successfully partnered with Amazon as its top online distributor of its complete line of swim trunks and swimwear.
