THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMBED COTTON AND CARDED COTTON

Carded yarn refers to the yarn that is carded according to the general spinning system and does not go through the combing process. Carded yarn contains more short fibers, poor parallel straightness of fibers, loose structure, more hairs, and more knots.
Combed cotton yarn is softer, smoother, and more durable than carded yarn.

WHY DOES SOLE HAVE TO USE COTTON?

NON-SLIP, DURABLE AND COMFORTABLE

Cotton fiber is a natural fiber, cotton fiber surface roughness is better than man-made fiber, so cotton has better anti-slip properties. After the cotton fiber is moistened, it will have a better anti-slip effect, and the anti-slip foot feels the most natural.
Cotton fiber is not as durable as polyester, but it is softer, skin-friendly, odor resistant and comfy than polyester.

MOISTURE WICKING PERFORMANCE

Cotton fiber absorbs moisture faster than polyester, but it drying is not as fast as polyester. In most ball sports and running for no more than 3 hours, or all-day leisure, it can exert excellent moisture absorption and keep dry.
Full cotton socks are not suitable for long-term hiking in the wild.
